Your paid term, cancellation, and refunds.

Payment and renewal

The invited Starter pilot is ₹799 for one month with one active branch. Your quote shows the full UsefulDesk software amount before payment and lasts 30 minutes. Your term starts after payment is captured and verified, and ends one calendar month after that capture event. We do not debit you automatically. To continue after expiry, your organization owner must review and pay a new quote.

If a payment is captured after its quote expires, we hold it for review. It does not start paid access or trigger an automatic refund. Contact us using the address below so we can resolve it.

Cancellation

Your organization owner can cancel future renewal. Your current paid access continues until its paid-through date. Cancellation alone does not refund that term. Starting another paid term after cancellation needs a separate review.

First-payment refund

Your organization may request one full refund of its first UsefulDesk subscription payment by emailing contact@usefulmade.com. The payment date in your organization's billing timezone is day 0. Send your request by the end of local day 7.

We acknowledge a request within two business days. If it is eligible, we initiate the refund within two business days after review. Your bank or payment provider controls when the money reaches you. Paid access ends only when a full refund is confirmed; your data, sign-in, and support access remain.

A later renewal has no routine partial-month refund. We review duplicate or incorrect charges, accidental renewals, and serious service failures individually, without limiting applicable legal rights.

Separate charges

A UsefulDesk refund covers only the UsefulDesk subscription payment. WhatsApp messaging charges payable separately to Meta and charges from your own payment provider for gym-member collections are not included in the ₹799 software fee or its refund.
